The name on the signs is wrong, but that does not stop us from cleaning up the roads.

We have accepted responsibility for keeping Ponderosa Road clean. If you have some extra time and want to stop along your way and pick up any trash that you see on the road, that would be great!

Several times per year, members walk the length of Ponderosa Road as a group and clean up any litter.

We usually meet at the Fire Station about 8 AM and the whole job only takes about an hour.  It is good exercise and usually enjoyable as you get to talk, walk and enjoy the fresh air.

Wear long pants and bring work gloves.
