Paul Sim of Libby Loop sent in an original sales brochure for Ponderosa Park from the 60's. It is a tri-fold brochure with information about Ponderosa Park, a view of the lots for sale then (listed as between $2,000 and $3,000 per lot!), and on the front page a picture of a "model home," which just happens to be his cabin!
